5月11日,建设部等七个部委联合发布《关于做好稳定住房价格工作的意见》,要求各地区、各部门把解决房地产投资规模过大、价格上涨幅度过快等问题,作为当前加强宏观调控的一项重要任务。一时间很多人都感觉房地产行业的冬天真的要到了,一些买房人和中小开发商开始对楼市信心不足。但据专家预测,今年二三季度房价仍然会上涨,但涨幅将回落;到第四季度房价涨幅可以达到一个合理水平,个别房价过高、上涨过快的城市房价也可能发生下落。从长期来看,中国经济处在一个高速增长期,房价上涨是一个很重要的趋势,但不排除在一段时间内房价的波动。《房地产导刊》独家策划本期《中国城市房价述评系列》,并组织北京、广州记者进行突击采访北京、上海、广州特别关注房价变化趋势给予深度探寻及剖析。
