2007年12月13日中国在建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制的过程中,十分重视建立健全市场竞争规则,完善竞争法律制度,维护市场竞争秩序。全国人大通过的《中华人民共和国反垄断法》作为确立市场竞争基本规则、维护市场竞争的一部重要法律,它的颁布实施是中国社会主义市场经济体制和社会主义法律体系日趋完善的一个重要标志。本文主要介绍中国反垄断法律制度的发展情况和反垄断执法工作所面临的挑战。

This article mainly introduces the development of China’s antitrust legal system and the challenges it faces in antitrust enforcement.
