洪水风险图与实况图的编制是防洪减灾和洪水管理的基础工作。海河流域“63·8”洪水作为海河流域典型洪水,其实际洪水淹没情况等信息对海河流域防洪减灾工作具有重要指导和借鉴作用。本研究按照《洪水风险图编制导则》及《洪水风险图编制技术细则》的相关要求,编制了海河流域“63·8”洪水实况图,再现了“63·8”洪水的淹没范围与淹没水深。编制成果可作为今后海河流域防洪减灾工作的辅助参考。
The preparation of flood risk map and live map is the basic work of flood control and disaster reduction and flood management. As a typical flood in the Haihe River Basin, the “63.8%” floods in the Haihe River Basin and its actual flooding have important guidance and reference for flood control and disaster relief work in the Haihe River Basin. In accordance with the relevant requirements of Guidelines for Compiling Flood Hazard Map and Technical Rules for Compiling Flood Hazard Map, this study compiled a flood chart of “63 · 8” flood in the Haihe River Basin and reproduced the flood of “63 · 8” Submerged range and submerged depth. The results can be used as a reference for the future work of flood control and disaster relief in the Haihe River Basin.
