工业排放污水中的重金属离子Cd(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)等),通常采用双硫腙萃取比色法,因有机溶剂对工作人员健康有害,近年来随着表面活性剂的应用,已建立了不使用有机溶剂萃取的直接比色法。我们观察到双硫腙在非离子表面活性剂TritonX—100存在下,与重金属离子能生成水溶性络合物,可直接在水相比色。本文较系统地研究了镉及锌的双硫腙Triton X—100显色体系,初步试验并比较了水相比色法与四氯化碳萃取比色法的各种特性条件,见表1。
