作为一名教师,我的理想很简单,就是希望能教出成绩优秀的学生,所以在教学过程中,我竭尽所能,把自己所知道的都教授给学生。成绩虽谈不上十分优秀,但也不至于让我失望。可是一次公开课上,楼老师的评价让我有些失望,原来自己只是在依葫芦画瓢,一板一眼地传授知识,没有任何吸引眼球的地方,也没有任何的亮点。而现在一直提倡的新课程教学改革就是一直在强调创新,我的课堂却依然没有变化。那要怎么样才能让自己的英语教学有
