目的:为乙状窦后径路小脑桥脑角内镜的应用提供相应的解剖学依据。方法:对20具(40侧)甲醛固定的成人头颅,模拟乙状窦后径路手术,观察颅内相关解剖并测量相关数据。结果:乙状窦后缘中点至听神经(近内耳门处)、三叉神经(近Meckel腔处)、舌咽神经(近颈静脉孔处)、内耳门后缘中点的连线长度和各连线与正中矢状面成角分别为(32.8±1.7)mm、(32.6±7.7)°,(46.3±1.8)mm、(31.4±4.1)°,(29.4±3.0)mm、(40.2±6.9)°,(31.2±2.0)mm、(32.7±4.9)°。结论:此数据为术中准确定位提供了参考。
Objective: To provide appropriate anatomical basis for the application of sigmoid sinus posterior approach to cerebellopontine angle. Methods: Twenty adult (40 sides) formalin-fixed adult skulls were simulated with posterior approach of sigmoid sinus surgery to observe intracranial anatomy and measure related data. Results: The distance between the posterior edge of the sigmoid sinus and the auditory nerve (near the inner ear door), the trigeminal nerve (near the Meckel cavity), the glossopharyngeal nerve (proximal jugular foramen) The angles between the line and the median sagittal plane were (32.8 ± 1.7) mm, (32.6 ± 7.7) °, (46.3 ± 1.8) mm, (31.4 ± 4.1) °, (29.4 ± 3.0) mm and ) °, (31.2 ± 2.0) mm, (32.7 ± 4.9) °. Conclusion: This data provides a reference for accurate positioning during operation.
