世纪之交全球主要证券交易所纷纷从传统的会员制组织转向公司制。全球证券交易所竞争白热化,我国证券交易所必须未雨绸缪,积极采取措施应战,笔者从论证中国证券交易所组织模式的现状入手,客观剖析中国证券交易所行政制组织模式的特点、利弊,进而提出有中国特色的证券交易所组织模式的建议,以便加快我国证券交易所的改革。
At the turn of the century, the world’s major stock exchanges have shifted from traditional membership-based organizations to corporate ones. The intense competition in the global stock exchange, the stock exchange in our country must take precautions and actively take measures to combat, I argue from the status quo of China’s stock exchange organization mode, the objective analysis of the characteristics of China’s securities exchange administrative organization mode, advantages and disadvantages, and then proposed China’s characteristics of the stock exchange organization model in order to speed up the reform of China’s stock exchange.
