企业的办公环境和办公资源决定了召开中大型会议,特别是包含有多项活动的会议时,有时需要专门租用会场。筹备会议是秘书人员的分内之事,会场的选择是其中重要一环。在上司确定会期、规模、规格的前提下,落实会议地点事宜就应及时跟进,这是后续会议通知或邀请函发出的必要条件。一般来说,秘书人员应通过考察、洽谈、确认这三个步骤对会场予以落实。
