目的 研究改进方法后制备的昆虫抗原对昆虫变应原浸液免疫原性的影响。方法 将昆虫全虫体 (麦蛾 )抗原材料改为麦蛾羽翼鳞毛作原料 ,将振荡提取法改为磁力搅拌器与玻棒搅拌交替操作 ,严格控制提取液水温。结果 通过随机分组 ,用改法后昆虫抗原皮内试验结果表明 :病人皮试效应、风团直径、红晕强度与改法前比较 ,有高度统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 提示改进方法后 ,昆虫变应原疫苗的免疫原性升高 ,皮试阳性反应率与病人临床症状完全相符
Objective To study the effect of insect antigen prepared after the improved method on the immunogenicity of insect allergens. Methods The whole insect insect body material (Microtus ostreatus) was changed to the moth wing scale hair as raw material, the oscillation extraction method was changed to a magnetic stirrer and glass rod stirring alternating operation, strict control of the water temperature of the extract. The results were divided into two groups randomly. The results of intradermal test of insect antigen showed that there was a significant statistical difference (P <0. 05) between the skin test effect, the diameter of the wind group and the intensity of the flushing before the reform. Conclusions suggest that improved method, the immunogenicity of the insect allergen vaccine increased skin test positive response rate completely consistent with the clinical symptoms of patients
