领导力是领导者为实现共同理想或目标而影响和改变群体的心理状态和行为的能力;课程领导力是以校长为核心的课程团队为提升学校课程品质,在课程实践过程中所体现出来的规划、执行、建设和评价的能力。笔者认为,目前校长课程领导力在实践层面上还存在实践与理论之间的差距,如执行课程计划严肃性不够,课程资源整合与开发乏力,课程管理与目标不相匹配,评价教师专业发展与课改理念相悖,课程质量评价方法简单化等。这些现象的存在,影响着学生的健康成长,
