《盛世危言》是我国近代洋务运动的先驱、著名思想家和实业家郑观应先生在一个多世纪前写成的醒世名著。该书在当时是一本意识超前、内容广泛、论述深刻的经世治国之作,它的内容包括政治改革、法制建设、教书育人、商战方略、用兵之道等等多方面具有开拓性的论著,书中从不同的方面和角度,论述了为官之道和富国强兵之策,它所倡导的改革开放和中国早期现代化思想理论观点,影响了我国现代史上的一代政治伟人,其中包括孙中山和毛泽东。尤其值得指出的是,在今天深入改革开放、发展经济的时代里,这本书仍具有不可低估的理论上和实践上的意义。而且,对于当前我国加入WTO,面向新世纪,如何
“Spiritual crisis” is the famous book of worldly remembrance written by more than a century ago by the forerunner of the modern Westernization Movement of China, famous thinker and industrialist Mr. Zheng Guanying. At that time, the book was a pioneering and extensive content and profound treatise on the rule of the whole nation by the world. Its contents include political reform, construction of legal system, teaching and educating people, strategic business strategy and the way of using military force. In the book, from different aspects and angles, this article expounds the policy of officialdom and rich and powerful soldiers, the theoretical ideas of reform and opening up advocated by China, and the ideology of early modernization in China, which have influenced the generation of political greats in modern history of our country, including Sun Yat-sen and Mao Zedong.
