前额皮瓣(Forlhead blap)是在头颈癌瘤术后缺损修复的应用中历史较长、并有多种功用的一个皮瓣,它具有血供好、质地及色泽良好等优点。从1965年1月至1984年8月我院共使用前额皮瓣35例,皆为头颈癌瘤术后缺损的修复。本文总结我们的经验并讨论额瓣的应用。
Forlhead blap is a flap with long history and multiple functions in the application of postoperative head and neck cancer repair. It has the advantages of good blood supply, good texture and good color. From January 1965 to August 1984, a total of 35 cases of forehead flap were used in our hospital, all of which were for the repair of head and neck cancer. This article summarizes our experience and discusses the application of the frontal lobe.
