利用返地式卫星搭载特青 2号、特三矮、长丝占等水稻品种进行太空诱变处理 ,结果显示 ,粒形椭圆、米质三级的特青 2号和特三矮突变产生了粒形细长、米质一级、综合性状好的材料 ;粒形细长、米质优的长丝占后代 ,出现了结实率比原种高并保持米质优的变异。表明太空诱变出现的变异类型丰富 ,产生的有益变异有利于实现育种目标 ,是水稻优质高产育种的有效途径
Space-induced mutagenesis was carried out using space-returning satellites carrying Teqing 2, Te-sian dwarf, and filamentous varieties such as rice, and the results showed that there were Grain slender, rice quality, good overall performance of the material; slender grain, fine quality filaments account for future generations, the emergence of the seed setting rate higher than the original and maintain the quality of rice variation. It indicates that there are abundant types of mutation in space mutagenesis and the beneficial variations are beneficial to the goal of breeding and it is an effective way for high quality and high yield breeding of rice
