糖尿病足的治疗在临床上多以中西医相结合、内治外治相结合。西医通过介入、手术、自体干细胞移植等具备现代医学优势的治疗方法,提高了对本病的治愈能力。中医药在全身治疗的基础上,可以充分发挥多途径、多靶点的治疗优势,其分型、分期辨证论治;内服中药改善全身情况,局部伤口彻底清创引流,外敷药物取得显著的疗效。但糖尿病足的临床研究仍存在几个问题,亟待解决。
Diabetic foot treatment in clinical practice with more Chinese and Western medicine, internal governance combined with external treatment. Western medicine through intervention, surgery, autologous stem cell transplantation with modern medical advantages of treatment, improve the cure of the disease. On the basis of systemic treatment, traditional Chinese medicine can give full play to the advantages of multi-path and multi-target treatment. Its classification and staging are based on syndrome differentiation and treatment. Oral administration of Chinese herbs can improve the general condition, and local wounds can be completely debridement and draining. External application of drugs has achieved remarkable curative effect. However, there are still some problems in the clinical study of diabetic foot, which need to be solved urgently.
