研究了FX-01沸石催化剂上苯与丙烯的烷基化反应动力学。在等温鼓泡床反应器中进行动力学试验,采用序贯试验设计法安排试验点。试验在排除了内扩散影响、但存在外扩散阻力的条件下进行,测得宏观反应速率,由关联式计算外扩散传质系数,采用常微分方程参数估值Gauss-Newton法进行模型参数估值,得到反应的幂数型本征动力学模型。
The kinetics of alkylation of benzene with propylene over FX-01 zeolite was studied. Kinetic experiments were carried out in an isothermal bubbling bed reactor, and the test points were arranged by sequential test design.
