利用喷射沉积技术制备出Mg-9Al-3Zn-1Mn-6Ca-2Nd合金沉积坯,对其进行挤压-轧制变形,重点研究变形过程中Ca、Nd复合合金化对显微组织及织构演变的影响。结果表明:挤压-轧制变形过程中除了形成强的(0002)基面织构之外均存在较强的(1010)柱面、(1012)、(1011)锥面织构,基面织构得到弱化的同时并使合金硬度随变形量增加而升高;Al2Ca与(Ca,Nd)Al2粒子的细晶作用在塑性变形过程中能促进镁合金基体(1010)柱面与(1012)、(1011)锥面织构的共同激活。
The deposition of Mg-9Al-3Zn-1Mn-6Ca-2Nd alloy was prepared by spray deposition and subjected to extrusion-rolling deformation.
