我校教育科研工作在原来的基础上有了新的发展,这一切成绩的取得,究其原因,其中重要一条,是同我们的管理息息相关的。教育科研中有条有理地管理,决定了教育科研有条有理地进行。我们的具体做法是:第一,领导十分重视。我们认识到,要办好学校,创办名牌特色,就一定要向教育科研要质量。因此,我们树立的指导思想很明确,即教育科研工作是学校工作的一个重要组成部分。在党政班子工作例会上,我们总是定期学习有关教育科研的文件、材料,定期研究教育科研工作,做出计划、安排、步骤。在教工业务学习会上,我们总是定期向全体教工布置教育科研工作,或传播信息,交流经验、或探讨问题,思考总结。为搞好教育科研工作、
