医院感染的直接经济损失及术后延长住院日评估

为达到客观、准确评估归因于医院感染直接经济损失的目的，本文采用术后住院日这一指标，将计算医院感染直接经济损失的两种方法（医生估计方法和比较方法）有机地结合起来。结果表明：归因医院感染延长的术后住院日为：１８．２８天，感染组和对照组间差异显著；归因医院感染的直接经济损失平均每人：２４１３．９５元，其中额外日常费用２５５．９２元，额外附加费用为：２１５８．０３元。

In order to achieve an objective and accurate assessment of the direct economic loss attributed to nosocomial infections, this article uses the index of postoperative hospitalization days to organically combine the two methods for calculating direct economic loss from hospital infections (doctors’ estimation methods and comparison methods). . The results showed that the length of postoperative hospital stay attributable to nosocomial infection was: 18.28 days. There was a significant difference between the infected group and the control group; the direct economic loss attributable to hospital infection was an average of 24,129.95 yuan, including additional daily expenses. 255.92 yuan, additional surcharge: 2158.03 yuan.
