教师的教学评价直接影响着课堂教学质量,教师评价的内容、形式是评定学生学习表现的参照,也是学生后续努力探究方向的指引。新课程背景下的高中生物课堂在教学的组织与设计上,教师要进一步体现出教学评价的功效,在评价学生的学习表现时要更加注重技巧,并且融入更多人性化的元素。这样才能够发挥教学评价对于学生激励与指导的作用,进而提升学生的学习信心,激发他们的课程学习
The teaching evaluation of teachers has a direct impact on the quality of classroom teaching. The content and form of teacher evaluation is a reference to assess students ’learning performance and is also a guideline for students’ subsequent efforts to explore the direction. In the context of the new curriculum of high school biology classroom teaching in the organization and design, teachers should further reflect the effectiveness of the teaching evaluation, evaluation of students’ learning performance to be more emphasis on skills, and into more human elements. Only in this way can teaching evaluation play an important role in stimulating and guiding students so as to enhance students’ learning confidence and stimulate their learning
