具有创新精神是马克思主义先进性政党建设的基本要求,我们的党正在历史性地向学习型、创新型的政党转变。科技创新能力的提高为我国先进性政党建设提供了战略支撑,在中国特色社会主义建设的进程中,我们党韬光养晦创造性地提出创新驱动发展战略,这也是马克思主义先进性政党建设过程中所体现出的时代性与先进性、科学性与先进性、创新性与先进性等特征,因此在党提出实施创新驱动战略的历史发展新时期,对于指导我们加强我党先进性建设,具有较高的理论实践意义。
