本文以学生的学习主体地位和作用为论述重点,阐述教师教学观念转变对优化教学过程与提高教学有效性的促进作用。教师做课堂教学的主导者、学习策略指导者和发展创新的推动者,有利于激发学生学习的潜能动力,有效活化教学过程和方法。探讨生本主义原则指导下的英语教学观念转变,能在丰富教学思维方法的基础上,帮助学生更好地提高英语表达综合运用能力。
This article focuses on the status and role of students as the main body of study, and expounds the promotion effect of the change of teachers’ teaching concept on optimizing the teaching process and improving the effectiveness of teaching. Teachers in classroom teaching as a leader, learning strategy mentor and the development of innovative promoters, is conducive to inspire students to learn the potential motivation to effectively activate the teaching process and methods. Exploring the change of the concept of English teaching under the guidance of the principle of student-centered principle can help students improve their ability to use English in a comprehensive way based on enriching teaching methods.
