目的观察西帕伊固龈液治疗牙龈炎、牙周炎的临床疗效及药物的安全性。方法将110例患者随机分成两组,实验组使用西帕伊固龈液含漱,对照组使用1%聚维酮碘液含漱,检查并记录受检者用药前后的牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(SBI),观察临床疗效。结果西帕伊固龈液和1%聚维酮碘治疗牙龈炎、牙周炎均有较好的临床效果,可降低牙菌斑指数及牙龈出血指数,但两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论西帕伊固龈液可有效减少牙菌斑堆积,减轻牙龈、牙周炎症,对防治牙龈炎、牙周炎有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of xipayi gingival fluid in the treatment of gingivitis and periodontitis and the safety of drugs. Methods One hundred and ten patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with xipayi gingival fluid and the control group was treated with 1% povidone-iodine solution. The plaque index (PLI) before and after treatment ), Gingival bleeding index (SBI), to observe the clinical efficacy. Results Sipaiye gingival crevicular fluid and 1% povidone-iodine treatment had good clinical effects on gingivitis and periodontitis, which could reduce the plaque index and gingival bleeding index, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion Xipayi gingival fluid can effectively reduce plaque accumulation, reduce gums, periodontal inflammation, prevention and treatment of gingivitis, periodontitis have a better clinical effect.
