探讨中国汽车市场体系建设,我感觉应该站到一个中国经济发展、面对国际市场竞争的角度来看。这个市场体系建设的过程当中,每一个单元应该需要发挥积极的作用。而且在这个过程中,每一个单元的作用与否对于整体的建设有非常重要的作用。比如重要的单元,政府各部门,汽车制造商、经销商、服务商、消费者及媒体等等,在这个单元里都担负着一定的责任,这样才能够保证中国汽车市场体系由亚健康到健康、由不完善到完善,而且中国经济发展的每一个角度,应该用动态的眼光来看中国市场体系建设。
