燕瘦环肥,时代之美。潮流兴减肥。但大多数女性发现,减肥一次比一次困难。变胖却一次比一次容易。一次减肥成功之后,又恢复到原来体重,称之为“回跳”现象。一旦减肥和回跳现象周而复始地不断循环下去,体重就会越减越困难,而回跳现象却一次比一次频繁出现。有两种减肥方法最易导致此问题的出现:一是吃药减肥。大部分减肥药物都含有甲状腺激素,这类药物作用是提高身体的基础代谢率,但一旦停服,体内原来正常的代谢就会被扰乱,而且可能引致失眠和情绪紧张等不良后果。二是节食减肥。减少食物的摄取量的确能减轻体重,可是,由于营养不足,以致所减去的是肌肉,更导致新陈代谢的功能为之低落,如此就会造成易肥难瘦的体质。

Second, diet to lose weight. Reducing the intake of food can indeed reduce weight. However, due to lack of nutrition, the amount of muscle that is subtracted is even lower, leading to lower metabolic functions. As a result, it is easy to become fat and hard to drink.
