以大黄素和大黄酚作为复方中成药有效成分的模型物,优化了用鲁米诺-H2O2-Cr3+作化学发光淬灭系统,测定大黄素和大黄酚的实验条件,以化学发光淬灭值作为大黄素和大黄酸的量度。测定的精密度和灵敏度都较高。含大黄复方中成药的提取液经TLC分离,分出大黄素和大黄酚用本法测定,结果与分光光度法一致。
Using emodin and chrysophanol as the active ingredients of the compound Chinese patent medicine, the chemiluminescence quenching system using luminol-H2O2-Cr3+ was optimized, and the experimental conditions for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol were optimized. The results were consistent with the spectrophotometric method.
