目的：探讨佩戴透气性硬性角膜接触镜矫正视力的情况。方法选取55例青少年近视患者佩戴透气性硬性角膜接触镜，6个月后，观察其裸眼视力和球镜度变化情况。结果治疗6个月后，患者的裸眼视力由治疗前的（0.2±0.1）提升至（1.2±0.3），裸眼视力提升明显（P＜0.05）；球镜度由治疗前的（-3.2±-1.0）降低至（-0.8±-0.4），球镜度降低明显（P＜0.05）。结论佩戴透气性硬性角膜接触镜矫正近视效果明显。“,”Objective To observe the wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens corrected vision situation.Methods 55 cases of juvenile myopes wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens,half a year later,to observe the visual acuity and spherical change.Results Half a year after treatment,the visual acuity of the patients before treatment(0.2±0.1) to(1.2±0.3),visual acuity improved significantly(P<0.05);Spherical from before treatment(-3.2±-1.0) reduced to (-0.8 ±-0.4),spherical degree decreased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens correction effect is obvious.
