目的:提高高龄患者支气管镜检查的安全性及成功率,完善内镜护理工作,提高护理质量。方法:选择浙江中医药大学附属金华市中医医院2014年10月~2015年10月75岁以上进行支气管镜诊治的高龄患者39例,在检查治疗前、中、后行全程的细节管理及护理风险管理。结果:39例高龄患者,共行支气管镜检查及治疗45次,安全完成检查率为100%,无1例出现严重并发症。结论:高龄患者支气管镜检查治疗全程中,实施细节管理和护理风险管理,可确保高龄患者检查的安全性,减少并发症,提高检查成功率,提高护理服务质量和满意度。
Objective: To improve the safety and success rate of bronchoscopy in elderly patients, improve the endoscopic nursing work and improve the nursing quality. Methods: 39 cases of elderly patients who were diagnosed and treated by bronchoscopy from October 2014 to October 2015 in Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected. The details of management and nursing risk were examined before, during and after treatment management. Results: Thirty-nine elderly patients underwent bronchoscopy and treatment for 45 times. The safety inspection rate was 100%. No serious complications occurred in one patient. Conclusion: In the whole course of the bronchoscopy for elderly patients, the implementation of detail management and nursing risk management can ensure the safety of elderly patients, reduce the complications, improve the success rate of examination and improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing service.
