“蒲柳之姿”是比喻未老先衰或体质衰弱的谦词,语出《世说新语》。东晋时期的顾悦,性情爽朗,为人重义守信,扬州刺史殷浩请他做官,让他全权处理州内大小事务。感激于殷浩的知遇之恩,顾悦全身心投入到工作中,起早贪黑,兢兢业业。长期劳累严重地影响了顾悦的健康,才30多岁他就满头白发。有一次,顾悦因故觐见简文帝,简文帝得知他与自己年龄差不多大,就问:“我们年纪相仿,你的头发为什么比我先白呢?”顾悦回答说:“蒲柳之姿,望秋
