《全国大学英语四、六级考试改革方案(试行)》实施以来取得了一些成效,但有些改革目标并未达到。本文分析了这些目标未能达到的原因,并针对存在的问题提出了进一步改革的建议:学习、借鉴国际上较成熟的英语水平考试的经验并使之与大学英语考试的实际相结合,使这项考试成为真正的大学英语水平考试;取消四、六级的分级,将其合而为一,以期彻底消除“及格线”的弊端;允许大学毕业后若干年内的考生参加考试,以体现公平。
Some achievements have been made since the implementation of the “National College English Test Reform for CET4 and CET6 (Trial Implementation)”, but some of the reform goals have not been met yet. This paper analyzes the reasons why these goals can not be achieved, and puts forward suggestions for further reform on the existing problems: learning from the experience of the more mature English proficiency test in the world and combining it with the actuality of college English examinations, Exams become a real college English proficiency test; abolished the classification of four or six, to be one, in order to completely eliminate the “passing line” of the drawbacks; allow a few years after graduating from college to take the test candidates to reflect fair.
