本文通过液淬、保护性气氛和真空下凝固实验、吹氧实验及对漂浮石墨的形态与组 成分析.研究了漂浮石墨形成的机理.其结果表明,漂浮石墨是由石墨、铁的颗粒和 铁的氧化物组成的。它不是由过共品铁水整体积中析出的初生石墨聚集、漂浮而成 的.而是在铁水表面生成、氧对漂浮石墨的形成有重要的影响.但在缺氧的铁水自由 表面上仍有漂浮石墨出现.
In this paper, liquid quenching, protective atmosphere and vacuum solidification experiment, oxygen blowing experiment and the morphology and composition analysis of the floating graphite. The formation mechanism of floating graphite was studied. The results show that the floating graphite is composed of graphite, iron particles and iron oxide. It is not from the co-product of the entire volume of molten iron in the newborn graphite accumulation, floating formed. But generated in the surface of molten iron, oxygen has an important impact on the formation of floating graphite. However, there is still floating graphite on the free surface of oxygen-deficient hot metal.
