本文对用实时全息照相干涉法测量直径为80毫米的扁平椭圆形波登管的变形的可能性进行了分析和实验研究。将一个光栏放在针孔透镜的焦面的中心处,使之只通过近似平行于光轴的光束。在测量扁平椭圆波登管时,应选择观测方向,使扁平波登管的外表面上的各点位移的剪切分量小到足以实现位移达30微米。这种测量法所得到的结果在实验误差范围内与另一测量仪器所测量的结果是一致的。实验结果表明,如果从固定端算起的卷绕角大于60°,则在原来径向方向上扁平椭圆波登管的外表面的中心线上各点的位移,就与卷绕角成比例。最后测量了平面的膨胀。
In this paper, the possibility of measuring the deformation of a flat oval Bourdon tube with a diameter of 80 mm using real-time holographic interferometry is analyzed and experimentally studied. Place a light bar at the center of the focal plane of the pinhole lens so that it passes only the light beam that is approximately parallel to the optical axis. When measuring a flat oval Bourdon tube, the observation direction should be chosen so that the shear component at each point on the outer surface of the flat bourdon tube is small enough to achieve a displacement of 30 μm. The result of this measurement is consistent with the results measured by another measuring instrument within the experimental error range. Experimental results show that if the winding angle from the fixed end is greater than 60 °, the displacement of each point on the center line of the outer surface of the flat oval Bourdon tube in the original radial direction is proportional to the winding angle. Finally, the plane expansion was measured.
