目前在正向风门(以下简称风门)联锁方面做了很多工作,但仍存在一些缺陷和不足。风门联锁的方法大多采用1条钢丝绳绕过1个反向滑轮,将2个风门连接,钢丝绳中间加1个沉铁,便于风门自动关闭。但由于加沉铁后,钢丝绳有了余量,造成2道风门不同程度地同时敞开,形成风流短路。另外,加沉铁后,风门人力开启费力,尤其是负压较大时,单人通过要打开风门是相当困难的,即使费很大力打开风门,关闭时速度非常快,容易造成伤人事故。因此,根据实际情况,采用了一种气动联锁风门,克服了上述不足,是目前较为理想的开启省力、联锁可靠的风门。1 气动联锁风门的组成部分气动联锁风门是由气缸驱动和风门联锁2部分组
