刚进入职高学校的同学,他们没有明确的奋斗目标,对课堂没有普高学校学生积极的态度,以应付和无所谓的态度来对侍,老师在课堂上再怎么辛苦地教,而效果则不尽如人意。本文针对职高学生存在的学习目标、态度、习惯、自信心不足等问题出发,结合本人十多年的教学管理经验,从处理师生关系、处理课堂教学内容、树立良好的老师形象,培养学生自信心激发成就感等方面入手,讲述良好课堂氛围的构建要素,为进一步提高职高教学质量提供参考。
