应用巨细胞病毒被膜蛋白与Quil A结合制备ISCOMs疫苗,经小鼠的免疫学实验发现,ISCOMs实验组IgG及IgM水平明显高于其它对照组,其IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b也较其它组为高。提示该疫苗有可能在预防人体HCMV原发感染中发挥作用。
ISCOMs vaccine was prepared by combining cytomegalovirus envelope protein with Quil A. Immunological experiments in mice showed that the levels of IgG and IgM in ISCOMs experimental group were significantly higher than those in other control groups, and IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b were also higher than other groups. Suggesting that the vaccine may play a role in the prevention of primary HCMV infection in humans.
