目的探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药方剂治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法 78例有保守治疗指征的异位妊娠患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(36例)。对照组根据身高、体重量出其体表面积,MTX按50 mg/m2单次肌肉注射,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上综合应用自制中药方剂。治疗过程中密切观察患者生命体征,监测血常规及B超,治疗4周后观察治疗效果。结果 MTX和中药联合治疗异位妊娠的治愈率为92.9%,明显高于对照组的52.8%。治疗组住院天数明显短于对照组[(33.2±11.1)vs(27.1±2.3)d,P<0.01]。结论 MTX和中药联合治疗异位妊娠安全有效,适用于生命体征稳定、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素<3 000 U/L、包块直径<4 cm的异位妊娠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of methotrexate (MTX) combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Totally 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy who had conservative treatment indications were divided into treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 36) according to random number table. The control group according to height and weight of its body surface area, MTX by 50 mg / m2 single intramuscular injection, the treatment group in the control group based on the comprehensive application of homemade Chinese medicine prescription. Closely observe the vital signs during treatment, blood and B-monitoring, treatment after 4 weeks to observe the therapeutic effect. Results The cure rate of MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating ectopic pregnancy was 92.9%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (52.8%). The days of hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [(33.2 ± 11.1) vs (27.1 ± 2.3) days, P <0.01]. Conclusion MTX and Chinese medicine combined treatment of ectopic pregnancy safe and effective for stable vital signs, serum human chorionic gonadotropin <3 000 U / L, mass diameter <4 cm of ectopic pregnancy.
