以珍珠豆型花生品种粤油45号为材料,研究不同NaCl浓度(0、25、50、75、100mmol/L)处理对花生幼苗根系生长发育及其生理生化特性的影响,结果表明:随着Na Cl浓度增加,花生幼苗根干重逐渐降低,根长、根平均直径、根总表面积、根鲜重逐渐减小,可溶性蛋白含量逐渐降低,根系活性和抗氧化酶活性均呈现下降趋势。
The effects of different NaCl concentrations (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 mmol / L) on root growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of peanut seedlings were studied with peanut peanut variety Yueyou 45 as the experimental material. The results showed that with the increase of The root dry weight of peanut seedlings decreased gradually with the increase of NaCl concentration. The root length, root mean diameter, total root surface area, root fresh weight decreased, soluble protein content decreased, root activity and antioxidant enzyme activity decreased.
