Centrosomes, which act primarily as microtubule organization centers in animal cells, ensure that the chromosomes are evenly distributed between the two daughter cells during cell division, ensuring genome stability. The structure or dysfunction of the central body will inevitably lead to genomic instability, resulting in the occurrence of tumors. Given that chromosomal instability, which is caused mainly by centrosome abnormality, is a typical feature of tumor cells and that chromosomal instability is closely linked to drug resistance of tumor cells, it is not hard to imagine a rational treatment of tumors with a centrosome as a target Sex. Therefore, this article will focus on the central body in the regulation of cells, especially with the tumor closely related to cell activity and drug resistance in the important role, in order to better elucidate drug tolerance mechanisms and centrosome-related anti-tumor Drug research and development to provide new ideas.
