我厂五车间铣工赵帮志同志,在加工某工件时,学习了苏联先进经验,采用多刀铣头进行高速切削,提高了工作效率5倍多,并且保证了质量。高速多刀铣头的结构如图1,图中1是刀杆,按铣床主轴锥孔配制,45号钢,热处理后 Rc 35~40。2是刀盘,45号钢,热处理后 Rc 35~45。刀盘上开有八个方孔,用来安装刀头。这八个方孔是这样排列的:在φ185公厘直径的圆周上有4个等分方孔;在φ18l公厘直径的圆周上有4个等分方孔。3是垫圈,4是螺帽,用来将刀盘和刀杆聚固在一起。5是螺钉,用来紧固刀头。
