目的建立湿法消化-原子荧光光谱法测定尿中砷的方法。方法取尿样先用混合消解液硝酸:高氯酸(9∶1,V/V)浸泡过夜,然后在电热板上进行消化,在优化的仪器条件下,采用湿法消化-原子荧光光谱法进行测定。结果采用原子荧光光谱法测定砷的线性范围在0.10~10.00μg/L,相关系数为0.999 9,回收率为96.8%~102.1%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~9.7%。与国标银盐法结果无差异。结论湿法消化-原子荧光光谱法灵敏、简单、准确,可测定尿中砷。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in urine by wet digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Urine samples were digested with nitric acid: perchloric acid (9: 1, v / v) mixed with digestion solution overnight and then digested on a hot plate. Under the optimized instrument conditions, the samples were digested by wet digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry Measurement was performed. Results The linear range of arsenic was 0.10-10.00μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the recovery was 96.8% -102.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.6% -9.7%. There is no difference with the national standard silver salt method. Conclusions Wet digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry is sensitive, simple and accurate and can be used to determine arsenic in urine.
