中国报业的IT应用将分为三个层次 正如六祖《坛经》中所讲:“法本一宗,人有南北,法即一种,见有迟疾;何名顿渐?法无顿惭,人有利钝,故名顿渐”。同样是IT技术应用和信息化建设,然而应用和建设水平却因行业和地区发展的不平衡而不一致。报业信息化建设起步较早,发展深度却滞后很多。发达行业、发达国家和地区的信息化建设的发展过程呈现客观的规律性和趋势,这些都具有科学技术进步的共性特征,因此对报业同样具有指导性意义。根据对金融、工业和传媒的广电等行业信息化建设发展过程的分析,我们可以预见,中国报业IT应用的
The IT application of China’s newspaper industry will be divided into three levels.
