习近平总书记在10月15日主持召开的文艺工作座谈会上指出:“文艺是铸造灵魂的工程,文艺工作者是灵魂的工程师。”这要求我们新时代的艺术教育工作者要做德艺双馨的灵魂工程师。“德”是指一个人的修养、道德、价值取向、精神境界以及理想信念等,是中华民族优秀传统文化和社会主义先进文化精髓的集中体现,是文化艺术工作者的立身之本;“艺”是指艺术修养、才华、能力、思想、风格及艺术境界等,是一个人艺术水平和艺术成就的集中体现,是文化艺术工作者成就事
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the forum on literary and art work held on October 15: “Literature and art is the project of casting the soul and the literary and artistic workers are the engineers of the soul.” This requires that artists in our new era should make moral Soul Shuang Xin engineers. “Morality” refers to a person ’s accomplishment, morality, value orientation, spiritual realm and ideals and beliefs.
