依循西方主流新古典经济学发展的财经理论,政府、市场的关系是一种互相独立的二元性。回顾中国的经改历程,政府、市场的关系密切,两者之间是一种互相依存的二元性。本文从演化经济学的角度切入,提出社会主义市场经济的发展是社会主义与市场经济的有机联结过程,而不是社会主义与市场经济的机械组合结果。透过介绍社会资本的重要性,本文建议中国可实行由政府提供社会资本来强化实物、人力资本的内生成长途径,积极建立具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济治理型态,并迈向可持续发展的长远目标。
According to the financial theory of the development of neoclassical economics in the mainstream of the West, the relationship between the government and the market is an independent duality. Recalling China’s reform process, the government, the market is closely related, the two are a dual nature of interdependence. This paper, from the perspective of evolutionary economics, points out that the development of the socialist market economy is an organic link between socialism and the market economy, not a mechanical combination of socialism and market economy. By introducing the importance of social capital, this article suggests that China should implement the endogenous growth path of physical capital and human capital provided by the government to provide social capital, actively establish the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and move toward sustainable development The long-term goal of development.
