在课堂上,每天都有学生在出错,课堂是学生出错的地方,错误是伴随着学生一起成长的。作为新世纪的数学教师,应本着以人为本的教育观,面对学生已出现的错误换位思考,不斥责、挖苦学生,应更多地关注学生的情感体验,让学生在纠错、改错中感悟道理,领悟方法,发展思维,实现创新,促进学生的全面发展;并从课堂教学出发,正确引导对错误的分析评价,从错误中领略成功,实现学生的全面发展。充分利用学生的错误,并将学生的错误作为一种资源,因势利导,正确地、巧妙地加以利用,使学生减少错误,提高教学效率。
