恢复关贸总协定缔约国地位,它使我国的改革开放获得了更为宽广的国际经济环境,这无疑为我国经济建设的全面腾飞注入了新的活力,有利于增强我国的综合国力。从长远来看,打破国内市场与国外市场的界限,有利于国内企业参与市场经济大循环,进而促进产业结构的合理调整,提高国内各行业的整体水平,增强我国工业整体竞争能力。然而从目前情况来看,我国经济将面临严峻的考验,尤其是我国工业必将受到严重冲击。
Restoring the status of a signatory to GATT brings about a broader international economic environment for our country’s reform and opening up. This undoubtedly infuses new vitality into the overall take-off of our country’s economic construction and enhances our overall national strength. In the long run, breaking the boundaries between the domestic market and foreign markets will help domestic enterprises to participate in the macroeconomic cycle of the market economy, so as to promote the rational adjustment of industrial structure, increase the overall level of various industries in China and enhance the overall competitiveness of industries in our country. However, judging from the current situation, China’s economy will face a severe test. In particular, China’s industry will surely be severely affected.
