所谓双金属复合材料,是由两种或两种以上不同性质的原材料,经过一定的成形工艺复合而成的。其中一种为基体,另一种为被复金属。其优点是:节约金属,工件重量轻,提高工件机械性能等,并能获得好的耐疲劳稳定性、耐磨性、耐蚀性、耐热性和导电性。双金属复合材料的成形工艺方法很多,有金属型铸造法、液态模锻法、轧制法、等离子喷涂法、电镀法、粉末冶金法、高能成形法等。应用液态模锻工艺生产双金属复合材料的工件是较为理想的,制成的双金属复合材料工件有气缸套、铝基轴瓦、镶环铝活塞、油马达连杆轴瓦等。
The so-called bimetallic composite materials, is composed of two or more different nature of raw materials, through a certain forming process of composite. One of the matrix, the other is complex metal. Its advantages are: save the metal, the workpiece light weight, improve the mechanical properties of the workpiece, and can get good resistance to fatigue stability, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and electrical conductivity. Bimetallic composites forming many ways, there are metal casting method, liquid die forging method, rolling method, plasma spraying method, electroplating method, powder metallurgy, high-energy forming method. The application of liquid forging process for the production of bimetallic composite workpiece is ideal, made of bimetallic composite workpiece cylinder liner, aluminum bearing bush, ring aluminum piston, oil motor connecting rod bearing and so on.
