班主任在教育工作中扮演着重要角色,其中高职班主任的工作是全方位的,也是多变复杂的,因此班主任在教育过程中的工作方法必须体现多样化原则。班主任需要借助创新和科学的方法进行班级管理,这是班主任工作有效开展和与时俱进的时代要求。本文就当前高职学校班主任教育工作中遇到的问题展开分析研究,探讨高职班主任教育方法的多样化策略,为我国高职教育事业的发展献计献策。
The teacher in charge of class plays an important role in educational work. Among them, the work of class teacher in higher vocational schools is comprehensive and varied. Therefore, the working methods of class teacher in education must reflect the principle of diversification. Class teachers need to use innovative and scientific methods for class management, which is the class work effectively carry out and keep pace with the times requirements of the times. This article analyzes the problems encountered in the current class teacher education in higher vocational schools, discusses the diversification strategy of the class teacher education methods in higher vocational schools, and offers suggestions for the development of higher vocational education in our country.
