2001年10月20日,全国外国语学校第十九届年会在石家庄外国语学校召开。走进石家庄外国语学校校园,望着那雄伟的欧式建筑楼群,湛蓝的圆顶、尖尖的塔楼,让人疑惑是误入了具有异国情调的皇家宫殿。校园里的墙壁上是精美、活泼的英文图案,孩子们从客人面前走过,都用流利的英语打招呼:“good morning！”陪同人员介绍说,学校还办有外语校报、外语广播,每天下午的活动课,外语演讲比赛、英文歌曲比赛等各种活动丰富多彩。这一切,无不让人感受到一种浓浓的“外国语”氛围。 会议期间,记者随同会议代表走进课堂,听了一节饶有兴趣的“双语”教学课。 附属小学二(一)班教室里,一场别开生面的数学课正在进行: 多媒体大屏幕上打出如下一幅画面:
