杜天义(河南医科大学)报道:选择某电缆厂混胶作业工人51名为接触组,另选该厂不接触化学有害物质的木模工人37名为对照组。对生产中使用的12种配合剂各配成2%浓度,分别贴敷2组人员背部两侧的皮肤上;每人分别贴敷同类受试物12种,按职业性皮肤病诊断方法判定。在51名接触组人员中有8种呈现阳性反应,而对照组为阴性。混胶作业工人的皮肤病患病率为72.55%,皮损表现多为痤疮,占47.1%,且以角化性痤疮为主,与对照组比较,
