大豆原产自中国,已有五千年栽培历史,古称菽。目前已经广泛栽培于世界各地,成为各国人民主要的蛋白质和油脂营养来源和保健性食物。然而,随着国内对大豆的需求不断增加,进口大豆不断充斥着国内市场,对我国大豆产业的发展造成了严重的阻碍。因此,发展大豆科技,振兴大豆产业,成为新中国成立以来众多大豆科研工作者一直追求的目标,而盖钧镒院士便是这支队伍的领航者。
Soy originated in China, 5,000 years of cultivation history, the ancient name 菽. It has been widely cultivated throughout the world and has become a major source of protein and fat nutrition and health food for people in all countries. However, with the increasing domestic demand for soybeans, imported soybeans are constantly flooding the domestic market, causing serious obstacles to the development of China’s soybean industry. Therefore, the development of soybean science and technology and the revitalization of the soybean industry have become the goal pursued by many soybean researchers since the founding of People’s Republic of China, and the academician Gai Junyi is the leader of this team.
