在综述国内外相关研究的基础上,分析东西方认知方式的差异,站在东方一元认知哲学精髓的高度,系统论述东方认知哲学中九个层层递进的认知干扰是导致企业面试误差的关键,提出只有通过企业管理者不断的内在自我认知与自我超越才能依次破除此九层次认知干扰,消除面试中信息传递的干扰引起对人员评估误差给企业经营管理造成的风险,有效弥补西方二元认知模式下结构化的面试流程设计与实施中的漏洞,为企业管理者们规避人才评估风险提供了一条行之有效的途径与实践方法。
On the basis of a review of relevant researches both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the differences between eastern and western cognitive styles and stands at the height of the essence of oriental monistic cognitive philosophy. The systematic cognitive disagreement of nine layers of oriental cognitive philosophy is the result of enterprises’ The key to interview error is to propose that the nine levels of cognitive disruption should be dismantled in order to eliminate the interference of information transmission during the interview and lead to the risk to the operation and management of the enterprise caused by personnel evaluation errors only through continuous self-awareness and self-transcendence. Effectively make up for the loopholes in the design and implementation of the structured interview process in the Western dual cognitive model, and provide an effective way and practical method for enterprise managers to avoid the risk of talent assessment.
